About
Wix is a website building platform founded in Tel Aviv in 2006. It is used by hundreds of millions of people to create websites, online stores, booking sites and portfolios without coding.
Small businesses, creators and freelancers use Wix to build and manage websites, sell products, take bookings and run marketing. Wix includes an AI website builder and AI tools for text, images and SEO, and in January 2026 launched Wix Harmony, an AI editor with an agent called Aria that builds and edits sites from prompts.
As of October 2026, Wix has a Free plan with Wix branding, Light at $17 a month, Core at $29, Business at $39 and Business Elite at $159, all billed annually; monthly billing costs more. AI features are included on every plan, including the free plan.
