About
Trello is a visual project management tool launched in 2011 and acquired by Atlassian in 2017. It organises work into boards, lists and cards, making it one of the simplest ways for teams and individuals to track tasks.
People use Trello for personal to-do lists, content calendars, sales pipelines and team projects. Atlassian has added AI features to paid plans, including quick capture that turns notes, emails and messages into structured cards, and AI content generation on Premium.
As of October 2026, Trello has a Free plan for up to 10 collaborators, Standard at $6 per user a month ($5 billed annually), Premium at $12.50 a month ($10 annually) and Enterprise at $17.50 per user a month billed annually.
