Airtable
About
Airtable is a cloud platform founded in San Francisco in 2012 that combines the ease of a spreadsheet with the power of a database. Teams use it to build custom apps, trackers and workflows without writing code.
Operations, marketing and product teams use Airtable for content calendars, product roadmaps, inventories, CRMs and internal tools. Its AI features include Omni, a conversational builder that creates tables, interfaces and automations from plain language, and Field Agents that research, summarise and categorise data inside records.
As of October 2026, Airtable has a Free plan, Team at about $24 per user a month ($20 billed annually), Business at about $54 a month ($45 annually) and Enterprise Scale pricing. Each plan includes monthly AI credits, and building with Omni does not consume credits.
