QueryFeedz Editorial Policy for Authors
Our standards for publishing articles, opinions, guides, reviews, and community contributions
Effective date: October 11, 2026
Applies to: All authors, contributors, guest writers, community members, and content submitted to QueryFeedz.
1. Our Editorial Mission
QueryFeedz is a knowledge-sharing and publishing platform covering artificial intelligence, technology, startups, SaaS, business, cybersecurity, web development, productivity, and emerging digital trends.
We believe the internet needs more useful knowledge, honest experiences, original thinking, and meaningful discussions — not more spam, repetitive content, or disguised advertisements.
Every contribution to QueryFeedz should help readers learn something, understand a topic better, evaluate an idea, solve a problem, or discover a genuinely useful perspective.
Our editorial standards are built on five principles:
- Value before visibility: Write to help readers, not simply to gain traffic.
- Knowledge before promotion: Explain ideas and share experiences without turning content into an advertisement.
- Originality before volume: Publish thoughtful, distinct contributions rather than mass-produced content.
- Respect before reaction: Encourage disagreement without hostility, harassment, or abusive language.
- Trust before clicks: Use accurate information, transparent disclosures, and honest descriptions.
Submitting content to QueryFeedz means agreeing to follow these standards.
2. No Direct Promotion or Sales-Driven Content
QueryFeedz is not a free advertising platform, promotional directory, backlink marketplace, or lead-generation channel.
Authors must not use articles, discussions, comments, answers, or other contributions primarily to sell a product, promote a business, generate leads, acquire backlinks, or redirect readers to a commercial destination.
Prohibited promotional language
The following expressions are examples of calls to action that must not appear in ordinary editorial contributions when used to drive sales, sign-ups, inquiries, or conversions:
- Buy now.
- Purchase now.
- Order today.
- Sign up today.
- Register now.
- Book a free consultation.
- Book a demo.
- Contact us for pricing.
- Get started today.
- Download now.
- Try our product today.
- Subscribe to our service.
- Hire me or hire our team.
- DM me for details.
- Click here to get started.
- Claim your offer.
- Use my discount code.
- Limited-time offer.
- Don’t miss this deal.
- Start your free trial.
- Visit our website to learn more about our services.
This list is illustrative, not exhaustive. Equivalent wording, disguised sales pitches, promotional banners, and conversion-oriented links are subject to the same rule.
Important: A prohibited CTA is not acceptable merely because it is placed at the end of an otherwise informative article.
What about mentioning products, services, or companies?
Relevant product mentions are allowed when they genuinely help readers understand a subject.
For example:
Acceptable: An article comparing five AI website builders, explaining their features, limitations, pricing models, and suitability for different users.
Not acceptable: An article titled “The Best AI Website Builders” that repeatedly praises the author’s own product, omits meaningful alternatives, and ends with “Sign up today to get started.”
Acceptable: A founder sharing lessons learned while building a SaaS product, including mistakes, technical challenges, and decisions that other founders can learn from.
Not acceptable: A founder publishing an article that presents a business introduction, service catalogue, client testimonials, pricing offer, and a link to book a sales call.
The editorial test is simple: Would this contribution still be useful if the author’s product, business, or website were removed?
If the answer is no, the content is likely promotional and may be rejected.
3. No Spam, Link Farming, or Backlink Manipulation
QueryFeedz welcomes relevant references and useful external resources. However, links must support the content rather than serve as the primary reason for publishing it.
The following practices are prohibited:
- Publishing content primarily to obtain backlinks or improve another website’s search rankings.
- Adding irrelevant links to business websites, landing pages, affiliate offers, or unrelated articles.
- Repeating the same URL, keyword-rich anchor text, or promotional message across multiple submissions.
- Inserting links into comments, answers, profiles, or discussions solely to attract traffic.
- Publishing thin articles that exist mainly to link to another website.
- Using shortened, misleading, cloaked, or deceptive links to hide the destination.
- Posting the same or substantially similar article repeatedly, including across multiple accounts.
- Creating fake accounts or coordinating engagement to manipulate views, likes, votes, comments, or rankings.
- Sending unsolicited promotional messages to authors or community members.
- Using automated scripts or AI agents to publish repetitive content or generate artificial engagement.
Editorial links should be relevant, limited to what the reader needs, and directed to trustworthy destinations.
QueryFeedz reserves the right to remove links, edit content where appropriate, reject submissions, or restrict accounts involved in link manipulation.
4. Originality, Plagiarism, and Copyright
Every contribution must respect the intellectual property of others.
Authors are responsible for ensuring that they have the right to publish the text, images, screenshots, charts, videos, quotations, and other materials they submit.
Our originality requirements
- Submit original writing or material that you have the legal right to republish.
- Do not copy articles from other publishers and present them as your own.
- Do not rewrite existing articles superficially by changing a few words or rearranging sentences.
- Do not reproduce another author’s structure, examples, research, or analysis without meaningful original contribution and appropriate attribution.
- Cite sources when using another person’s research, statistics, quotations, findings, or ideas.
- Obtain permission where required for copyrighted material.
- Do not publish leaked, confidential, or private material without proper authorization and editorial justification.
Authors may republish their own previously published work only when they have the necessary rights and disclose its prior publication. QueryFeedz may request an original, adapted version to avoid duplicate or low-value content.
Attribution does not automatically grant permission to reproduce copyrighted material.
5. AI-Assisted Writing and Content Quality
QueryFeedz recognizes that AI tools can help authors research topics, organize ideas, analyze information, improve clarity, and develop drafts.
We do not prohibit AI-assisted writing. However, AI-generated content must not replace genuine editorial judgment, verification, or original contribution.
Acceptable uses of AI
- Brainstorming topics and outlining articles.
- Improving grammar, readability, and sentence structure.
- Assisting with research, provided factual claims are independently verified.
- Supporting coding, data analysis, and technical explanations.
- Generating drafts that the author substantially reviews, corrects, and improves.
Unacceptable uses of AI
- Publishing raw AI output without meaningful human review.
- Mass-producing articles with little original insight or reader value.
- Inventing statistics, citations, experts, interviews, product features, or personal experiences.
- Fabricating case studies, customer testimonials, experiments, or product testing.
- Creating fake screenshots, misleading evidence, or fabricated research results.
- Rewriting competitors’ articles at scale to create superficially different copies.
- Generating misleading reviews or pretending to have personally tested a product.
- Using AI to produce keyword-stuffed pages designed primarily to manipulate search engines.
Authors remain responsible for every claim in their submissions, regardless of which tools were used to produce it.
When AI has materially contributed to research, analysis, generated media, or the substance of a contribution, authors should disclose that assistance where it is relevant to understanding the work. Authors must never falsely claim that AI-generated work is entirely human-created.
Our standard: AI may assist the author, but it must not manufacture expertise, evidence, or authenticity.
6. Accuracy, Evidence, and Responsible Reporting
QueryFeedz values informative, evidence-based content. Authors must make a reasonable effort to verify information before publishing it.
This is especially important for AI, cybersecurity, software, startups, business, finance, health-related technology, and other rapidly changing subjects.
Authors should:
- Use reliable, relevant, and preferably primary sources when available.
- Verify statistics, dates, quotations, technical specifications, and product claims.
- Distinguish confirmed facts from opinions, predictions, assumptions, and speculation.
- Provide links or references for important claims that readers should be able to verify.
- Identify the source and date of time-sensitive information where useful.
- Explain limitations and uncertainty instead of presenting assumptions as established facts.
- Correct material errors promptly when they are discovered.
- Avoid misleading headlines, fabricated controversy, and exaggerated claims.
Claims such as “the world’s best,” “100% accurate,” “guaranteed results,” or “revolutionary technology” must not be presented as facts without credible substantiation.
Authors must not deliberately spread false information, fabricate evidence, misrepresent a source, or selectively present information in a way that materially misleads readers.
7. Respectful Language and Civil Discussion
QueryFeedz welcomes different viewpoints, informed criticism, constructive disagreement, and honest debate.
We do not welcome abusive, hostile, degrading, or threatening communication.
The following are prohibited:
- Harassment, bullying, intimidation, and personal attacks.
- Hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory abuse.
- Threats of violence or encouragement of harm.
- Profanity or vulgar language used to insult, humiliate, or provoke others.
- Sexually explicit or gratuitously offensive material.
- Demeaning comments about a person’s identity, appearance, background, or personal circumstances.
- Publishing private information without authorization.
- Repeatedly targeting an individual, business, or group with abusive content.
- Using insulting or inflammatory language simply to generate engagement.
Strong criticism is permitted when it is relevant, evidence-based, and expressed respectfully.
For example:
Acceptable: “This software has significant usability limitations, particularly for small teams that need flexible reporting.”
Not acceptable: Attacking the developers with abusive language or personal insults instead of explaining the product’s shortcomings.
Criticize ideas, decisions, products, and evidence — not people’s dignity.
Quoted profanity or offensive material may be considered in legitimate reporting, research, or educational contexts, but must be necessary and proportionate.
8. Reviews, Comparisons, and Product Recommendations
QueryFeedz encourages useful product explainers, software comparisons, technology reviews, and practical evaluations.
These contributions must prioritize readers’ needs over the interests of a product owner, advertiser, affiliate, or sponsor.
Authors must:
- Explain the criteria used for comparisons and recommendations.
- Include meaningful limitations, drawbacks, or trade-offs where relevant.
- Avoid inventing hands-on testing, personal experience, customer feedback, or performance results.
- Distinguish verified product capabilities from marketing claims.
- Avoid presenting paid placements as independent editorial recommendations.
- Disclose material financial, professional, personal, or commercial relationships that could influence the content.
- Disclose affiliate links or other compensation where applicable.
- Update or correct information when a material change makes a review misleading.
Authors must not create fake reviews, manufacture competitor complaints, manipulate ratings, or present an undisclosed commercial arrangement as independent editorial judgment.
A product may be recommended when the recommendation genuinely serves the reader. A product must not be recommended simply because the author owns it, sells it, or benefits financially from the recommendation.
9. External Links, Author Bios, and Self-References
QueryFeedz understands that authors may have professional backgrounds, businesses, portfolios, research projects, and personal websites.
However, an author profile is not permission to turn editorial content into a sales funnel.
Link policy
- External links must be directly relevant to the subject.
- Sources should support factual claims, provide additional context, or help readers explore a topic.
- Authors must not insert links simply to obtain SEO value.
- Affiliate or compensated links must be disclosed and may be restricted or removed.
- Links to malware, phishing pages, deceptive downloads, illegal content, or unsafe destinations are prohibited.
- Editors may remove unnecessary links, promotional anchor text, or links that create a conflict of interest.
Author bio policy
An author bio may describe the author’s experience, expertise, professional interests, and relevant credentials.
It must not contain aggressive sales language, discount codes, promotional offers, lead-generation CTAs, or repeated marketing messages.
Links to an author’s professional profile or personal website may be permitted in designated profile fields, subject to platform rules. This does not authorize promotional links throughout articles, comments, or discussions.
Authors must not disguise advertisements as biographies, research, educational resources, or editorial recommendations.
10. Guest Contributions and Conflicts of Interest
Guest contributions must meet the same standards as all other QueryFeedz content.
Authors must disclose relevant relationships that could reasonably influence a contribution, including:
- Employment by a company discussed in the article.
- Ownership or financial interest in a product being reviewed.
- Compensation for writing about a company or service.
- Sponsorships, affiliate arrangements, or other material benefits.
- Personal or professional relationships that could affect an evaluation.
Disclosure does not guarantee acceptance. QueryFeedz may decline content when a commercial relationship compromises its editorial independence or when the primary purpose is promotion.
Press releases, sponsored announcements, sales brochures, and company news written exclusively to promote an organization are not automatically eligible for editorial publication.
Authors must not imply that QueryFeedz endorses a business, product, service, or opinion simply because a contribution has been published.
11. Content Suitable for QueryFeedz
We welcome contributions that help readers understand and explore the subjects covered by QueryFeedz, including:
- AI tools, applications, research, and practical use cases.
- Technology explainers, tutorials, and technical guides.
- SaaS products, software comparisons, and independent reviews.
- Startup journeys, founder lessons, and business analysis.
- Cybersecurity awareness and responsible technical education.
- Web development, automation, productivity, and developer tools.
- Industry trends, emerging technologies, and evidence-based predictions.
- Original opinions, informed perspectives, and lessons from real experience.
- Thoughtful questions, detailed answers, and constructive community discussions.
A submission does not need to be formal journalism or academic research to be valuable. A well-explained personal experience, a useful tutorial, or an honest account of a failed experiment can be just as valuable as a long-form analysis.
However, every contribution must have a clear purpose and a meaningful benefit for its intended audience.
12. Content We Do Not Accept
QueryFeedz may reject or remove content that includes:
- Direct advertisements or sales-driven articles.
- Spam, irrelevant backlinks, and repetitive promotional submissions.
- Plagiarized, copied, or deceptively republished material.
- Low-value, mass-produced, or substantially repetitive AI-generated content.
- Fabricated research, statistics, quotations, testimonials, or experiences.
- Misleading headlines or deliberately deceptive claims.
- Abusive language, harassment, hate speech, or threats.
- Fraud, phishing, malicious links, or deceptive downloads.
- Unauthorized disclosure of confidential or private information.
- Copyright infringement or other unlawful material.
- Artificial engagement, impersonation, or coordinated manipulation.
- Content unrelated to QueryFeedz’s subject areas or intended audience.
- Contributions that violate applicable law or create unacceptable risks to readers.
This list is not exhaustive. Editors may reject content that undermines the platform’s editorial standards even when the specific tactic is not listed above.
13. Headlines, Formatting, and Readability
Every article should be easy to understand, accurately represented by its headline, and organized for a good reading experience.
Authors should:
- Use descriptive, accurate headlines.
- Organize longer articles with meaningful headings and subheadings.
- Keep paragraphs readable and avoid unnecessary repetition.
- Use lists, tables, examples, and images when they improve understanding.
- Explain technical terms when writing for a general audience.
- Use relevant keywords naturally without keyword stuffing.
- Avoid excessive capitalization, misleading urgency, and sensational claims.
- Ensure that images, charts, captions, and screenshots support the article.
- Add appropriate image credits or attributions where required.
Headlines must not promise information that the article does not deliver.
Search visibility is welcome when it follows from creating genuinely useful content. Search manipulation is not.
14. Questions, Comments, and Community Contributions
QueryFeedz is also a space for public discussion, questions, answers, and the exchange of ideas.
Community contributions should help move a discussion forward.
Members must not:
- Post promotional messages disguised as answers.
- Respond to unrelated questions with sales pitches.
- Repeatedly post the same link or message across discussions.
- Hijack conversations to advertise a business or service.
- Harass other members or derail discussions through personal attacks.
- Publish fake questions, answers, testimonials, or engagement.
- Share private information or make unsupported allegations about others.
Relevant links may be included when they directly help answer a question. An answer must provide meaningful information on its own rather than functioning merely as a gateway to another website.
Moderators may remove comments, lock discussions, restrict posting privileges, or suspend accounts to protect the quality of the community.
15. Editorial Review, Editing, and Corrections
Submitting a contribution does not guarantee publication.
QueryFeedz may review content for relevance, originality, factual accuracy, readability, link quality, promotional intent, safety, and compliance with this policy.
Depending on the circumstances, editors may:
- Accept a contribution.
- Request revisions, clarification, sources, or disclosures.
- Correct spelling, grammar, formatting, and factual errors.
- Remove irrelevant or excessive links.
- Request changes to promotional language or misleading headlines.
- Reject or remove a submission.
- Add a correction or clarification when necessary.
- Restrict publishing privileges or suspend accounts for repeated or serious violations.
Editors will aim to preserve the author’s intended meaning when making routine editorial changes. Substantive changes may require consultation with the author.
QueryFeedz reserves final editorial discretion over whether content is published, retained, edited, or removed.
Where appropriate, authors may be given an opportunity to correct an issue. Serious violations, harmful content, suspected fraud, or clear spam may be removed without prior notice.
16. Repeated Violations and Enforcement
Editorial enforcement depends on the severity, frequency, and context of a violation.
Possible actions include:
- A request to revise or correct the content.
- Removal of promotional language or inappropriate links.
- Rejection or removal of the submission.
- Temporary restrictions on publishing or community participation.
- Suspension or permanent termination of an account.
- Further action where required by law or necessary to protect users.
Repeatedly changing wording to evade moderation does not make prohibited content acceptable.
Creating another account to continue a prohibited activity may result in additional restrictions.
QueryFeedz may consider the author’s previous conduct when deciding how to respond to a violation.
17. Author Responsibility
Authors are responsible for the content they submit, including its accuracy, originality, legality, disclosures, and compliance with this policy.
Authors must not misrepresent their identity, qualifications, affiliations, or experience.
They should respond promptly to reasonable editorial requests for clarification, corrections, or supporting evidence.
If an author discovers a material error in a published contribution, they should notify the editorial team so it can be reviewed and corrected where appropriate.
Publication on QueryFeedz does not constitute endorsement of an author’s views, claims, business, or products.
18. Our Editorial Promise
QueryFeedz aims to build a publishing and discussion environment where readers can discover useful information without having to navigate through spam, disguised advertisements, aggressive sales language, or hostile interactions.
We value:
- Useful knowledge over promotional noise.
- Independent thinking over copied opinions.
- Verified information over unsupported claims.
- Honest reviews over hidden commercial agendas.
- Constructive disagreement over personal attacks.
- Human judgment over content produced merely to fill pages.
- Long-term reader trust over short-term clicks.
We encourage authors to share what they know, explain what they have learned, ask thoughtful questions, and contribute ideas that help others.
If your primary goal is to help readers, QueryFeedz welcomes your contribution. If your primary goal is to sell, solicit, manipulate rankings, or promote a business, QueryFeedz is not the place for that content.
19. Policy Updates and Contact
QueryFeedz may update this policy as the platform, its community, and its editorial requirements evolve. Authors should review the current version before submitting content.
Questions about editorial standards, corrections, or a moderation decision may be directed to the QueryFeedz editorial team through the official contact channels provided on the website.
