About
n8n is a workflow automation platform founded in Berlin in 2019. It lets technical and semi-technical teams connect apps and build automations in a visual editor, with the option to add custom code where needed.
n8n has become popular for building AI agents and AI-powered workflows, connecting models such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini to business data and tools. Teams can self-host the Community Edition on their own servers or use n8n Cloud.
As of October 2026, n8n Cloud prices are in euros: Starter at €24 a month (€20 billed annually) for 2,500 workflow executions, Pro at €60 a month (€50 annually) for 10,000 executions, Business at €800 a month (€667 annually) and Enterprise pricing. The self-hosted Community Edition is free. Cloud plans include a 14-day free trial.
